Rules for voting on my website:
Youmay have one vote for all the categories except for best solo of all time which you may have five votes. Multiple submissions in other categories will not be counted.
Criteria:
the best guitarist of all time must have recorded and distrubuted his/her own music. The best guitarist of the 1990's must have done so in the 1990's. this is done to ensure people aren't voting for there friends or themselves out of a joke. The best band must have recorded music together. the Best solo must be recorded.
It is sad that I actually had to make this but I was recieving too many votes that were not serious and defeated the purpose of this poll. I do conduct this poll by myself and it is may poll so I can make whatever rules I want.
